The great British comedian Spike Milligan once telephoned an airline and was placed on hold while the dreaded "hold music" (Muzak) chimed in his ear. When he was finally put through to a human being, Milligan said: "Just a minute" -- and proceeded to sing a whole chorus of "Hey Jude."
