In court papers, Trump claimed that the splashy surprise had caused her "bodily harm, shock, chills, nervousness, high fever, nausea, embarrassment and severe emotional distress" and forced her to seek emergency medical treatment. Moreover, she said, the prank had ruined a $3,000 dress and led to the loss of some $25,000 Harry Winston earrings. Ivana's claim for damages? $3 million.
