During the production of Die Another Day, Pierce Brosnan put the wardrobe department through its paces by progressively packing on the pounds; as Brosnan gained weight, the crew had to let his pants out again and again. "In the end," one insider recalled, "we were calling the film 'Diet Another Day'!"
