Hall of Shame

In the third round of a notorious heavyweight boxing match between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield on June 28, 1997, Mad Mike was disqualified for biting a piece of his opponent's ear off. A riot ensued and Tyson was fined $3 million and stripped of his Nevada boxing license.

Shortly thereafter, the Hollywood Wax Museum removed Tyson's wax figure from its 'Sports Hall of Fame.' His new home? The 'Chamber of Horrors' -- beside Hannibal Lecter!

[Raised in a Brooklyn ghetto, Tyson was arrested 38 times -- by age 13.]

[In May 2003, an Indian man set a new record -- for having the longest ear hair in the world. Radhakant Bajpai's ear tufts measured 13.2cm (5.19ins) at their longest point. "Making it to the Guinness records is indeed a special occasion for me and my family," Bajpai declared. "God has been very kind to me."]
