Anne Heche: Spaced OutIn August 2000, shortly after her split with Ellen DeGeneres, Anne Heche wandered into a wastedr's home in Fresno, California, took a shower, and proceeded to tell everyone who would listen that - in the words of a deputy called to the scene - "she was God and was going to take everyone back to heaven with her in some sort of spaceship."
Although rumors swirled that she was nearly naked, and was on her way to a women's music festival (and riding high on Ecstasy), her handlers had a different explanation. "It was sunstroke, that makes you a little dizzy," producer Mark Burg explained. "No drugs."
