While chatting at a BBC party one day, 6'7" comedian Greg Davies was approached by a woman who announced, "I do disability at the BBC." Then she told Davies that he qualified.
"It was a height thing," he later explained during a talk show appearance, "not a [belly thing]... Since the lady told me that I was technically, as far as the BBC's concerned, disabled, I've had a member of the council tell me that I could get a parking badge."
Hearing this, fellow guest Ryan Gosling raised his arm and presented his palm. "I won't forget the day," said Davies, "that Ryan Gosling high-fived me for being disabled!"
